This study, based on the works of Teilhard de Chardin, Karl Rahner, Karl Schmitz-
Moormann, and George Ellis, analyzes how consciousness has followed an evolutionary
process that has made possible the appearance of human beings in the Creation. It also seeks to reflect on how the action of God has affected this process, i.e., in what concrete way God undertakes action in the world
