UIDB/03213/2020 UIDP/03213/2020 SFRH/BPD/111234/2015Com base na Ergonomia da Atividade, defende-se que as prescrições são artefatos culturais e consubstanciais à atividade professoral, apresentando-se como uma das dimensões do trabalho docente. Assim, objetivaram-se (i) analisar as (re)conceptualizações e aorganização de meios de trabalho coletivos para a realização das prescrições no âmbito do ensino e da aprendizagem do Português; (ii) apreender as autoprescrições realizadas pelo(a) professor(a) para a favorecer a aprendizagem da leitura por parte do aluno. Para tal, foi realizada uma entrevista com uma professora do 2º Ano, 1º Ciclo, do Sistema Educacional de Portugal, que foi analisada de acordo com o procedimento dos Núcleos de Significação. Os resultados demonstram que a participação da professora em diferentes coletivos de trabalho, permitem-lhe contrariar, adiantar-se ou contrapor-se às prescrições dos textos institucionais de políticas públicas de educação para garantir a eficácia da aprendizagem dos alunos no domínio da leitura/literatura. // Based on Activity Ergonomics, it is argued that prescriptions are cultural artifacts and consubstantial to teaching activity, presenting as one of the dimensions of teaching work. Thus, this work aims (i) to analyze the (re) conceptualizations and the organization of collective means of work for the realization of the prescriptions in the context of teaching and learning Portuguese; (ii) to learn the self-prescriptions made by the teacher in order to favor the student's learning of reading. For this, an interview was conducted with one teacher of the 2nd Year, 1st Cycle, of the Educational System of Portugal, which was analyzed according to the procedure of the Nuclei of Meaning. The results show that the participation of the teacher in different work groups allows her to contradict, advance or counteract the prescriptions of the institutional texts of public education policies to ensure the effectiveness of students' learning in the field of reading/literature.publishersversionpublishe
