The present Work project aims to develop a measurement tool for Junior Achievement Portugal
to grow further. The tool chosen in this project was the Balanced Scorecards, due to its ability
to cover the major aspects of the organization efficiently, through five important perspectives:
innovation & growth, internal processes, customer, financials and social impact.
This work project demonstrated to be useful for JA Portugal, since it was possible to understand
main gaps and errors and discuss it with the organization
