Best Career Memories of Retired People: A Retrospective Study
In the Human Resources field, it has been understood that stories can place value on career research. This thesis aims to explore the best memories retired people invoke when asked about their career stories. The literature abounds with studies regarding career, but the contributors are mainly on the job or about to. It was conducted thirty semi-structured interviews and the main conclusions were related with three dimensions: work, impact on others, and personal growth.
