Data collection, processing and dissemination in Europe still suffers from a lack of standardization, but the situation is getting increasingly better.
Joint efforts are now undertaken by the Central Market and Price Report
Office ZMP (Germany), the Institute of Rural Sciences IRS (UK) and the Research
Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL (Switzerland) to harmonize their
data collection and to enhance data availability
