Diagnóstico sobre las capacidades emprendedoras e investigativas de los estudiantes de la facultad de tecnología de la universidad tecnológica de Pereira en los periodos comprendidos entre el segundo semestre de 2019 y primero del 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo por finalidad realizar un diagnóstico sobre las capacidades investigativas y emprendedoras de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Tecnología de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira en los periodos comprendidos entre el segundo semestre de 2019 y primero del 2021 con el fin de mejorar y potencializar las capacidades emprendedoras e investigativas de los estudiantes de los programas de la Facultad de Tecnología, de tal manera que se evidencie a través de ellos, el aporte al desarrollo de la región. Se partió entonces de estudiar e indagar sobre los dos conceptos determinantes de la tesis, el emprendimiento y la investigación, consiguiente a ello se identificaronlas capacidades emprendedoras e investigativas de los estudiantes de los programas de la Facultad de Tecnología, por medio de la aplicación de un instrumento estructurado que permitió reconocer las virtudes y falencias que se presentan en la facultad en relación con los estudiantes, visto desde diferentes perspectivas por parte de la población académica y los integrantes de los entes de apoyo pertenecientes a los grupos de investigación y vicerrectoría de investigaciones, con lo cual se llegó a establecer la línea base de desarrollo de la investigación, donde luego se analizaron detalladamente los resultados arrojados para así proponer alternativas encaminadas a mejorar dichas capacidades. Entre una de las alternativas, crear un banco de proyectos es una de las más viables y que permitirá potenciar las capacidades reales de investigación y emprendimiento de los estudiantes de Facultad de Tecnología de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.The purpose of this thesis was to carry out a diagnosis of the investigative and entrepreneurial capacities of the students of the Faculty of Technology of the Technological University of Pereira in the periods between the second semester of 2019 and the first of 2021 in order to improve and enhance the entrepreneurial and investigative capacities of the students of the programs of the Faculty of Technology, in such a way that the contribution to the development of the region is evidenced through them. It was then started to study and inquire about the two determining concepts of the thesis, entrepreneurship and research, consequently the entrepreneurial and investigative capacities of the students of the programs of the Faculty of Technology were identified, through the application of a structured instrument that made it possible to recognize the strengths and weaknesses that are presented in the faculty in relation to students, seen from different perspectives by the academic population and the members of the support entities belonging to the research groups and vice rector for research , with which the research development baseline was established, where the results obtained were then analyzed in detail in order to propose alternatives aimed at improving said capacities.
