3N PARA PREVENIR Y ERRADICAR EL ACOSO ESCOLAR EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA DEPARTAMENTO LIBERTADOR DE BARRIO UNI
3N MUNICIPIO IRIBARREN, BARQUISIMETO - ESTADO LARA
El comportamiento prolongado de insultos, rechazo social, intimidaci\uf3n y/o agresividad f\uedsica de unos alumnos contra otros de forma prolongada, puede llegar a convertirse en acoso escolar o tambi\ue9n llamado bullying, y dichos actos pueden ser de tipo sexual, verbal, psicol\uf3gicos, hasta llegar al da\uf1o f\uedsico, incluso ocasionando la muerte o autolisis. Estas conductas violentas traen como consecuencias ansiedad, descenso de la autoestima y cuadros depresivos, que dificultan la integraci\uf3n en el medio escolar y el desarrollo normal de los aprendizajes. Lo anterior es evidenciado en la Unidad Educativa Departamento Libertador del municipio Uni\uf3n de Barquisimeto - estado Lara, cuyos docentes y estudiantes manifestaron preocupaci\uf3n y solicitaron ayuda. Por ello se realiz\uf3 una investigaci\uf3n en la modalidad cualitativa, utilizando investigaci\uf3n - acci\uf3n - participante, con la finalidad de eliminar el bullying en la instituci\uf3n. Se trabaj\uf3 con 5 estudiantes de 5to a\uf1o de bachillerato con deseos de conocer acerca del tema y de participar activamente en las actividades que mejoraron su situaci\uf3n actual a trav\ue9s de la transformaci\uf3n de su conducta con ayuda de los docentes y familiares y fueron los portavoces para la eliminaci\uf3n del acoso escolar en la instituci\uf3n. La evidencia se recopil\uf3 a trav\ue9s del diario de campo, la observaci\uf3n participante, la entrevista semiestructurada, las discusiones grupales. Los resultados guiaron a la investigadora y a los participantes en la elaboraci\uf3n del plan de acci\uf3n a trav\ue9s del cual se brindaron las herramientas que les permitieron experimentar cambios de conducta, creando individuos respetuosos, que mejorando su autoestima y la forma de comunicarse con el entorno, existiendo compromiso del grupo para la transformaci\uf3n.

ABSTRACT
Prolonged insulting behavior, social rejection, intimidation and/or physical aggression between students may ultimately turn into bullying. Such behaviors may become sexual, verbal and psychological in nature, with the potential of physical damage, death or autolysis. These violent behaviors may cause anxiety, lowered self-esteem and depressive symptoms in these students, hindering both their integration to schools and their normal learning. The former scenario has been evidenced in the "Department Libertador" School located at the Union Municipality in Barquisimeto, Lara state, whose teachers and students expressed concern and called for help. Therefore, a qualitative investigation was conducted in the form of a participatory-action research in order to eradicate bullying from the school. Five 11th graders willing to participate and learn about the subject were recruited in an action plan to improve their current situation and transform their conduct with the help of teachers and fellow students, ultimately becoming spokespersons for elimination of bullying in their school. Evidence was collected through journals, participatory observation, semi-structured interviews and group discussions. The results led to the researcher and participants in developing an action plan with which allowed them to experience behavioral changes, creating respectful individuals that improved their self-esteem and how to communicate with the environment, compromised with transformation.
