Abstract
Cuando en 1931 se instaura la II República, los discursos críticos generados en el ámbito cinematográfico participan activamente de la necesidad de difundir aquellos valores democráticos que daban forma al régimen republicano. Así se observa en algunas críticas y artículos sobre la industria del cine de aquel momento históricoWhen in 1931 the Second Republic is proclaimed, the critical speeches in the cinematographic field take active part in the need of disseminating those democratic values that form the republican regime. This is what can be deduced from some reviews and articles about movie industry at this historical moment
