Abstract
El presente trabajo expone la experiencia de un grupo de profesores adscritos al Departamento de Psicología Social de la Universidad de Sevilla. Trata de explicar la vivencia como tutores académicos acogidos al Plan de Acción Tutorial implementado en la Facultad de Psicología. Dicho plan se inicia en el curso 2005-2006 dentro del Plan de Convergencia Europea de la propia Facultad, de ahí que se plantee como un elemento de innovación docente en el marco del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. El artículo se vertebra en dos grandes apartados: uno referido a la contextualización teórica y conceptual de los Planes de Acción Tutorial, en general, y del Plan de Acción Tutorial de la Facultad de Psicología, en concreto; y otro referido a la descripción de la experiencia como tutores de la Facultad de Psicología por parte del grupo de docentes que presentamos esta investigación.This paper describes the experience of a group of teachers assigned to the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Seville, and includes an account of the experience as academic tutors received within the Tutorial Action Plan implemented at the Faculty of Psychology. The plan was initiated in the academic year 2005-2006 within the Faculty’s own Plan of European Convergence, and hence it is raised as an element of educational innovation within the framework of the European Higher Education Area. The article is structured into two main sections: one referring to the theoretical and conceptual contextualization of Tutorial Action Plans in general, and to the Tutorial Action Plan of the Faculty of Psychology in particular; and the other referring to the description of the experience as tutors in the Faculty of Psychology by the group of teachers who present this research
