A kutatás során megvizsgáltam a bűnszervezetre vonatkozó hatályos büntetőjogi szabályozást, és javaslatot tettem, hogy a bűnszervezet fogalmában szereplő elemeket a PC-S-CO által megfogalmazott esetleges kritériumokkal kellene kiegészíteni. Javaslatot tettem a hatékony felderítés és a bizonyítás érdekében egy „Egységes Nyomozási Adatbázis Felület” létrehozására. A kutatásom során megállapítottam, hogy a taktikai blöff helyes alkalmazása jelentős szerepet képvisel a „dominó” effektus alapján a bűnszervezetek elleni küzdelemben. Továbbá megállapítottam, hogy a befolyásoló kérdések káros következményeit a szervezett bűnözés elleni küzdelem során. A kutatás eredményeként javaslatot tettem egy speciális szervezet, a Bűnszervezetek Elleni Iroda (BELI) létrehozására, amely még hatékonyabban lenne képes eleget tenni a digitális technikai fejlődés kihívásainak.

In the research I examined the current regulations of criminal law on organized criminal groups, and made recommendations for supplementing the conceptual elements of organized crime with the possible criteria listed by the PC-S-CO. I made a proposal for establishing the “Unified Investigative Database” for the sake of efficient detection and prosecution. I concluded that the appropriate application of tactical bluff plays a significant role in the fight against organized crime due to its domino effect. Furthermore, I stated that the detrimental consequences of influential questions in combating organized crime.
