Analisis Bioekonomi Model Gordon Schaefer Sumberdaya Ikan Wader (Rasbora SP) Di Rawa Pening, Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumberdaya ikan yang berkelanjutan sangat penting guna mencegah terjadinya eksploitasi berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik perikanan tangkap ikan wader di Rawa Pening, mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan wader di Rawa Pening dengan indikator MSY, MEY dan OAE dan mengetahui kelayakan USAha penangkapan ikan wader di Rawa Pening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis bioekonomi Gordon-Schaefer, analisis R/C dan BEP. Data yang digunakan merupakan data produksi selama 10 tahun dari tahun 2003–2012 sebagai data sekunder dan data trip, harga dan biaya sebagai data primer. Hasil analisa bioekonomi model Gordon-Schaefer pada sumberdaya ikan wader (Rasbora sp) menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: nilai CMSY sebesar 190.324 kg dengan jumlah trip sebanyak 8.892 trip/tahun. Nilai CMEY 187.171 kg dengan trip sebanyak 7.747 trip/tahun. Nilai COAE sebesar 85.374 kg dengan trip sebanyak 15.495 trip/tahun. Rata-rata keuntungan per trip yang dihasilkan adalah Rp. 41.118,- dengan nilai R/C sebesar 1,42 dan BEP produksi sebesar 5,51 kg. Secara biologi dan secara ekonomi, sumberdaya ikan wader (Rasbora sp) di Rawa Pening telah mengalami telah mengalami over fishing. Rata-rata tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan wader secara ekonomi di Rawa Pening adalah 132,01%. Sustainable management of fisheries resources is needed to prevent fisheries resource from over exploitation. The purposes of this research were to find about characteristic of rasbora fishing in Rawa Pening, to find about rasbora (Rasbora sp) utilization in Rawa Pening with MSY, MEY and OAE indicators, and to find about feasibility effort of rasbora (Rasbora sp) in Rawa Pening. The method of this research was analysis descriptive, and the analysis data of this research was bioeconomic Gordon­-Schaefer Model, R/C analysis and BEP analysis. This research used production data of Rasbora (Rasbora sp) for 10 years from 2003-2012 as secondary data, and efforts, price and cost as primary data. The result of Gordon-Schaefer method showed that (CMSY) for rasbora was 190.323 kg/ year with maximum fishing efforts 8892 efforts/ year. The maximum captured of economic yield (CMEY) 187.171 kg/year and (EMEY) of rasbora was 7.747 efforts/year. While limitation of the rasbora production at open access equilibrium (OAE) 85.374 kg/year and (EOAE) of rasbora was 15.495 efforts/year. The average profit of rasbora captured Rp. 41.118,-. The value of R/C ratio was 1,42 and the BEP production of rasbora (Rasbora sp) was 5,51/effort. In biologic and in economic, rasbora resources in Rawa Pening concluded over fishing. In economic, the average utilization of rasbora resources in Rawa Pening is 132,01%
