[Analysis Of Quality Control Measures Fabric With Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (Fmea) Shuttel Machine Weaving Process PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic Industries]PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic Industries is a company engaged in the field of textiles in Salatiga. The matter contained in this company is the number of defects that occur in the weaving, reaching 9% per day. This conditions will causing a loss for the company. With this condition, PT Timatex want to reduce the number of defects to a minimum. To the main issues raised in this paper is how to determine the causes of defects in the fabric products manufactured by PT Timatex in order to support and evaluate the quality control policy implemented by PT Timatex using Pareto Diagrams, p Chart, and Cause and Effect Diagram (fishbone) and then analyzed using Failur Mode And Effect analysis (FMEA) methodes
