Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Tetap PT Karoseri Tentrem Sejahtera Kota Malang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially work motivation and discipline on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The method of data collection using questionnaires and documentation study. This method is used to describe relationships between variables each other. Mechanical analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The result showed that motivation and discipline simultaneous has influence on employee performance by 32.6% while the remaining 67.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Work motivation is partially affected by the significant value of 0,011 is smaller than α = 0,050. While working Discipline also is partially affected with 0,034 value smaller than α = 0,050. It is expected that PT Karoseri Tentrem Sejahtera to always increase the motivation and discipline that employee performance is satisfactory
