Penerapan “Sel Mangrove” Dalam Pemodelan 3D Hidrodinamika Laut NBOF (Non-Orthogonal Boundary Fitted) Dengan Studi Kasus Estuari Ajkwa

Abstract

. The paper presents the results of integration of 3D Ocean Hydrodynamics Non-Orthogonal Boundary Fitted with Mangrove. The observed current in several locations in Ajkwa Estuary show that the Non-Orthogonal Boundary Fitted Grid is an excellent technique for geometrically complex water system, and also indicates that the Wet/Dry Area or Mangrove Cell must be included in the computational domain. The model results show that the maximum predicted current will not exceed 30% of the maximum of observed current if the mangrove cell is ignored
