Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Kantor Cabang Malang)

Abstract

The results showed that the variables job training and work environment together effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results also showed that in partial job training and work environment have a significant effect on work performance. This is indicated by the simultaneous test results show the calculated signification F is smaller than α (0,000 < 0,05) . The partial test results indicate job training variables (X1) has signification t value 0,048 and for the employees working environment variable (X2) has signification t value 0,000. Variable job training and working environment for employees to contribute to employee performance variable of 0.633 or 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% is contributed by other variables not included in this study is the motivation and capabilities of employees
