Confirmatory Factor Analysis terhadap Construct Kinerja Strategic Business Unit (SBU) : Penelitian pada SBU Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Terbuka di Indonesia

Abstract

Unit business performance determine the success of company. This research focuseson confirmatory analysis toward the construct of SBU\u27s performance. Financial,customer, internal business process, and human resources aspects are considered inmeasuring SBU\u27s performance, and also to be used as indicators to construct SBU\u27sperformance. Results of the study shows that all four aspects determine the construct ofSBU\u27s performance, with the order of: (1) human resources aspect, (2) internal businessaspect, (3) financial aspect, and (4) customer aspect.
