Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (Studi Kasus di Rumah Sakit Bersalin Pura Raharja Surabaya) Tahun 2009

Abstract

The research relates to organizational justice and its direct impact to worksatisfaction, commitment, and also direct and indirect impact to employee\u27sOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Sample of this research consists of all paramedic staffs of Pura Raharja BirthingHospital. The data collecting method was giving questionnaires and gainingdocumentation of Hospital Organizational Structure and staffing. In this research,3 kinds of problems are analyzed using Path Analysis, which are direct, indirect,and also mediation problem between all 4 variables.The result of this research indicates that there are correlations between all variablesand there are 5 of 6 significant effects between dependent and independentvariables. Organizational justice found to have no direct significant effect to theOCB. But when Organizational justice is mediated by work satisfaction andcommitment, the effect became significant and the total effect of those threevariables became the largest, compared to others.Keywords : Organizational justice, Work Satisfaction, Commitment, OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB
