Abstract

: The Purpose of this study is to understand about the implementation of strategic government plan Dinas Perekonomian dan Pariwisata , Tuban Regency in developing batik tulis tenun enterprise. This is caused by decreasing of revenue on small industry, especially batik tulis tenun gedong. In other side, product of small industry is the main product from tuban regency that has to be conserved, so that in the realization of developing that is needed the seriousness in empowering to make society life and entrepreneur surrounding it prosper especially in Kedungrejo village, kerek subdistrict. The result of this study shows that the implementation of strategic plan based on developing program of batik tulis tenun gedog is running well with the good result, although there is a weakness by coaching treatment. All of the government attention toward developing program of batik tenun gedok is likely give a good result to entrepreneur and also craftsman, where is that program can make society economy getting better, but that things can be able to be handled with sustainability approach by Dinas Perekonomian dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Tuban
