Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership to employee morale at CV. Karsa Antar Nusa Denpasar. Data collected by interview, observation and literature study. The Analysis of data methods is using multiple regression analysis. Results from this study showed that communication and leadership are positive significant effect on morale in the CV. Karsa Antar Nusa Denpasar both simultaneously and partially.
