Abstract
Restorative justice is a way of handling criminal cases children outside the formal legal path to guarantee and respect the dignity of the child, the best interests of the child and taking into account justice for the victims. The handling/resolution of criminal cases involved children 3 (three) parties are actors/parents, victims/parents and community leaders. Judge seek mediation in penal mediation space with the District Court of restorative justice approach. Currently, handling juvenile criminal cases through restorative justice provided for in Article 52 of Act No. 11/2012 on the Criminal Justice System Children
