Upaya Penanganan Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah Pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (Studi Pada Kjks Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (Bmt) Mandiri Sejahtera Karangcangkring Gresik Jawa Timur Periode 2011-2013)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of Murabahah financing, development of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and the efforts made KJKS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Karangcangkring Gresik East Java in dealing with financing problems. This is motivated by the many interests for Murabahah products and enhancement of Non Performing Financing (NPF) from the years 2011-2013. This study used a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, data collection through interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this study concluded that the factors causing financing problems do not just come from a customer but less thorough internal parties in the initial analysis and surveys berofe to the provision of financing and the efforts made in addressing the problem of financing is to reprimand, rescheduling and restructuring as well as the BMT never did sequestration because actually implement syariah and human action, although considered less efficient
