: Effectiveness of Physical Rural Development Fund Pucangro District Gudo of Jombang. Effectiveness of physical development funds sourced from funds ADD is used 30% of funds for personnel and operational expenditures Village Government and 70% for shopping community empowerment. This type of research used in this study is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of physical development funds in the Village District of Pucangro Gudo Jombang. The results of this study that the physical construction of village funds eektifitas Pucangro Jombang District of Gudo said to be effective because it targets and the realization of the funds that have been determined not undergo development, but not efficient because it does not meet the power quality for the physical development of the community less benefit from the development does not meet the fairly long period of not more than one year the road is damaged. It is necessary to the district superintendent that the inspectorate that physical development in the Village Pucangro further enhanced and cared for by the village authorities
