Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Tetap PT. Astra International, Tbk Daihatsu Malang)

Abstract

The research aims to explain the Influence of Career Planning variable, Career Direction, and Implementation of Career Development simultaneously and partially against Employee Work Achievement. The method that used in this research is explanatory research method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 67 employees at PT. Astra International, Tbk Daihatsu Malang. Analysis of the data in this research using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables simultaneously and partially Career Planning, Career Direction, and Career Development Implementation has a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement. This is shown by the results obtained by simultaneous test F significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The significance of value under 5% so that the resulting decisions are accepted H1 and rejected Ho. Partial test results for Career Planning obtained t significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.001 <0.05) and the highest B coefficient of 0.346. Partial assay results Career Direction variable has the greatest t significance of 0.031. Partial variable test results Career Development Implementation has the smallest t significance of 0.000
