Teachers\u27 unability and poor performance in teching practice is one of main weakness in Indonesian education. And unless supported by a condusive atmosphere in their workplace, the teachers\u27 teaching performance will not work well. The work atmosphere plays an important role and give a very significant influence for raising the teachers\u27 achievement. This research shows that the influence of work atmosphere to the teachers\u27 teaching performance in MIN Bandarlampung reaches 51,6 %
