Abstract

This research aimed to determine the contribution of principals managerial skill and teaching performance of teachersto quality private Madrasah Aliyah. This research used quantitative approach with survey method. Population in this research is all private Madrasah Aliyah in West Bandung District. The sample was using stratified random sampling with the sample of 38 private Madrasah Aliyah. Crawl data using questionnaires and analyzed through correlation and regression. Based on data processing and analysis, it was found that the principal managerial skill, teaching performance of teachers, and quality of private Madrasah Aliyah in West Bandung district are high category. The principal managerial skillcontribute significantly to quality of Madrasah and the category arestrong, teaching performance of teachers contribute significantly to the quality of madrasah and the category are fairly strong.
