Penentuan Potensi Lokasi Atm Bni Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) Dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (Studi Kasus : Kecamatan Tembalang)

Abstract

Semarang city is the capital of Central Java province and at the same time becomes the fifth largest metropolitan city in Indonesia. The strategic location of Semarang and friendly people making economic potential to be increase and impacting on the growth of financial institutions in this city. Financial institutions having an important function in the economy is a Bank. As one of government bank which is be trusting by society, Bank BNI improve servicing by improving the quality of services such as making of ATM (Automatic Teller Machine). The planning of ATM locations can be done by Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) method and GIS with the research area in Tembalang District, Semarang City. AHP is a decision making process by using a hierarchical structure. Resulting of calculation by using the AHP is be gotten criteria of the new BNI\u27s ATM location determining consist of branch offices 61.2%, crowded centers 21,0%, ATM non BNI 7,4%, institutions 4,2%, distancing of security post 4,0 %, total of customers 2,1%. The result of the AHP calculation is applied to be in the GIS at the next and produces the locations planning of BNI\u27s ATM at Tembalang District are three points in the Tembalang Village, one point is in the Kedung Mundu Village, two points located in the Village of Sendang Mulyo and one point is in Kramas Village
