Abstract

: The Relationship between Quality Control Circle and employee performance in Public Organization (Case Study at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between quality control consisting of Participation (X1), Voluntary (X2), Joint Development (X3), and Personal Development (X4) as independent variables and employee work performance (Y) as dependent variable. These results are shown from the results of the chi-square test in which all independent variables have a value greater than χ2tabel χ2hitung or obtained significance value smaller than α = 5
