Pengaruh Penggunaan E-learning Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dalam Kegiatan Mengajar (Studi Pada Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya)

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the use of e-learning on the performance lecture. This research is explanatory research with quantitative. Sampel approach in this study is a lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Science 58 respondents. Used as a technique accidental sampling technique in this study. Descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the research hypothesis. The results of the study reveals that there is significant influence either directly or indirectly, so it can be concluded that the use of e-learning can affect the performance of lecturers in teaching to students
