Kajian Efektivitas Pemanfaatan Sistem Geokkp Untuk Penerbitan Sertipikat Tanah Di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kendal Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Badan Pertanahan Nasional ( BPN ) is a non- ministerial government agency that has the task of carrying out government duties in the land sector in national, regional and sectoral. In order to reduce the problem of land, in 2011 BPN make GeoKKP application is a system that has computerized land services, so that the data on the field both textual and spatial land can be well integrated.Kendal is an emerging area in Central Java, where its development can not be separated from the land aspect. Therefore how effective GeoKKP use in publishing certificate at Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kendal and whether there is an increase in performance after the Kantor Pertanahan GeoKKP system. The results of the study are in the publishing certificate in Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kendal has been effective, as evidenced by the absence of a time delay in the issuance of land certificates, transfer, field splitting, merging fields.This study was conducted to determine how effective the issuance of certificates of land after GeoKKP system. This study is a descriptive analysis. A research method to obtain a picture of the situation, by exposing the data as it is obtained, which is then analyzed and compiled several conclusions
