Modèle d'homogénéisation analytique pour le carton ondulé

Abstract

International audienceAn analytical homogenisation model for the corrugated cardboard is proposed in this paper. The 3D corrugated cardboard is modelled with a 2D homogenised plate. This model is essentially based on the theory of stratification including the transverse shears. It is then improved using the theory of sandwich and theories of beam. This homogenisation model is implemented into a shell element with three nodes and eighteen degrees of freedom. The comparison of the results obtained by the present model and by a 3D detailed modelling with the Abaqus software shows the accuracy and efficiency of the model.Un modèle d'homogénéisation analytique pour le carton ondulé est proposé dans cet article. Le carton ondulé 3D est modélisé par une plaque homogénéisée 2D. Ce modèle repose principalement sur la théorie des stratifiés avec prise en compte du cisaillement transversal. Il est ensuite amélioré en utilisant la théorie de sandwich et des théories de poutre. Ce modèle d'homogénéisation est implémenté dans un élément fini de coque à trois nœuds et dix-huit degrés de liberté. La comparaison des résultats obtenus par le présent modèle et par une modélisation 3D détaillée avec le logiciel Abaqus montre la précision et l'efficacité du modèle
