Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Klien Gout Arthritis Di Puskesmas Tahuna Timur Kabupaten Sangihe

Abstract

: Gout Arthritis is a type of rheumatic diseases associated with impaired acid kinetic namely hyperuricemia. Hyperuricemia is a uric acid levels in the blood above normal, according to data from the District Health Center East Tahuna. Regency of Sangihe mentioned in the period January 2014 to March 2014 there were 143 patients with Gout Arthritis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and attitude of Gout Arthritis clients in health center East Tahuna. The research method used was a pre-experimental design with "One group Pre test post test design" in one group, the population in this study were all patients of Gout Arthritis who visit the Health Center East TahunaSangihe regency, with a samples 45 persons. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire, the data obtained were processed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with a significance level (α) = 0.05. The results showed there is an effect of health education on knowledge and attitude of Gout Arthritis clientsin the health center East Tahuna, based on Wilcoxon statistical test obtained = 0.000, which meant was smaller than α (0.05). The conclusion of this research there was a effect of health education on knowledge and attitude of Gout Arthritis client's in health center East Tahuna, Regency of Sangihe
