Tyt. z nagł.Bibliogr. s. 347-[348].W artykule zaprezentowano kompleks przemysłowy Państwowej Kopalni Węgla Kamiennego Jawiszowice w Brzeszczach. Przedstawiono genezę powstania kopalni, omówiono stan istniejący oraz opisano modernistyczną architekturę wybranych obiektów. Autorka zwraca uwagę na problem ochrony dziedzictwa przemysłowego i wskazuje na rewitalizację jako najlepszą jej formę. Zaprezentowano wizję rewitalizacji z udziałem przemysłów kreatywnych, która pozwoliłaby na przekształcenie kompleksu PKWK Jawiszowice w kreatywne i innowacyjne centrum będące motorem rozwoju nie tylko dla Brzeszcz, ale całego regionu.The paper presents industrial complex of the State Coal Mine Jawiszowice in Brzeszcze. The story of the founding of the mine, the existing state and modernist architecture of selected objects is described. The author draws attention to the issue of protection of industrial heritage and points to the revitalization as its best form.
