Hakekat Terorisme dan Beberapa Prinsip Pengaturan dalam Kriminalisasi

Abstract

This article extensively evidences criminal policies which nowadays prevail and followed by systematic and comprehensive criminalization toward the act of terror and terrorism. Furthermore, some principles concerning regulation on terrorism were also put forward.  Lastly, a brief comment on how Indonesia should prepare its anti-terrorist law was also discussed
