[Resumen] La principal finalidad de este trabajo es presentar al vitalicio como alternativa
para la asistencia integral de las personas mayores. En este sentido su regulación en la
Ley de Derecho Civil de Galicia con un contenido mínimo imperativo bastante completo
resulta especialmente oportuna a tal fin.[Abstract] The present work has principally the object to show how the vitalicio contract
can be one of the most opportune ways to give to old age all-embracing assistance.
Regarding this subject we should insist on the characteristic minimal content of this
contract in the Galicia´s Civil Law
