O terrorismo transnacional, também reconhecido internacionalmente como “superterrorismo ou hiperterrorismo”, é uma realidade actual que constitui, por si só, motivo de grande preocupação para a segurança de qualquer Estado.
Podemos questionar-nos: será que o terrorismo está mais enraizado no mundo de hoje? No passado não havia este tipo de terrorismo de cariz religioso/ideológico? O que aconteceu?
De facto, conseguimos encontrar no passado organizações que utilizaram técnicas e tácticas operacionais mais ou menos semelhantes, mas nunca com a intensidade e projecção que este terrorismo induz.
Mas, será que, actualmente, se começa a conhecer este fenómeno, as suas formas de actuar, os seus apoios e os seus objectivos?
Neste trabalho estudaremos o terrorismo transnacional de matriz islâmica, iremos também dar resposta a estas questões aqui levantadas, traçaremos a ligação entre o islamismo radical, que preconiza a Jihad contra o Ocidente e os países muçulmanos heréticos e o terrorismo transnacional.
A Al-Qaeda, como é que surge? Será um subproduto da globalização? E quais os novos desafios de segurança para os “Estados globalizados?”.
Conhecer o terrorismo transnacional implica necessariamente promover um combate eficaz. Iremos traçar algumas considerações relativas ao combate a este género de terrorismo. Can we question ourselves if terrorism is more effective nowadays? Did this kind of religious/ideological kind of terrorism exist?
In the past there were similar organisations that used the same techniques and operational tactics. However, they did so without the same kind of intensity or projection as modern terrorism.
In the present, are we beginning to understand this phenomenon, the methods, the support and/or his goals?
In this work we intend to study Islamic international terrorism, we will seek to answer the questions that were stated and trace the connections between the radical Islamic wishes of a Jihad against the West and other muslim countries, and international terrorism.
Al-Qaeda, its origins and how it come into being? Is it a sub-product of globalization? What are the main security challenges for the “globalization States”?
Understanding international terrorism necessarily means to fight it. We will trace same operational lines in order to conduct a fight against international terrorism
