Abstract
Prometno i prostorno planiranje u gradovima je vrlo kompleksna zadaća koja zahtijeva angaţman multidisciplinarno tima struĉnjaka na analizi stanja, predlaganju rješenja, njihovoj implementaciji i praćenju rezultata, te korekcijama postojećih prometnih problema. Jedan od osnovnih ciljeva svakog prometnog i prostornog plana je odrţivost, tj. njegova mogućnost da zadovolji trenutne, ali i buduće zahtjeve korisnika. Nema gotovog rješenje koje je moguće primijeniti na sve gradove, već se svakom prometnom i prostornom planu mora pristupati individualno, imajući u vidu sve posebitosti kao što su postojeća infrastruktura, potrebe stanovnika, poslovnih subjekata, oĉuvanje povijesne i kulturne baštine, te okoliša. Cilj plana je rješenje koje pruţa što bolju integraciju svih vrsta prometa na opću dobrobit svih ĉlanova zajednice.Traffic and spatial planning in cities is a very complex task requires the involvement of a multidisciplinary team of experts in the analysis of situation, proposing solutions, their implementation and monitoring results and correction of existing traffic problems. One of the main goals of each traffic and spatial plan is sustainability, that is its ability to satisfy current or future user requirements. There is no readymade solution which can be applied to all cities, but each traffic spatial plan must be approached individually, taking into account all the singularities such as the existing infrastructure, the needs of resident, businesses, preservation of historical and cultural heritage and the environment. The aim of the plan is a solution which better integration of all types of traffic on the general welfare of all members of the communit
