Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je suvlasništvo i upravljanje stvari u suvlasništvu. U tom radu autorica je obuhvatila sljedeća poglavlja: vlasništvo i oblici prava vlasništva, kod samog pojma vlasništva razlikuje se posebna podgrupa vlasništva, odnosno podjela vlasništva, nadalje suvlasništvo, prava i obveza suvlasnika, upravljanje stvarima u suvlasništvu, te vrste poslova upravljanja stvari.
Autorica je posebnu pozornost pridodala problemima koji se pojavljuju u sudskoj praksi te će ih prikazati kako u pogledu činjenica, tako i relevantnih pravnih propisa. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati problematiku upravljanja stvari u suvlasničkom odnosu.The subject of this final work is The property in Community and Management of the Common Thing. In this work the author includes the following sections; The ownership and forms of the ownership, in the very concept of ownership is different specific subgroup of ownership or division of ownership, next the property, rights and obligations part – owner, management ofthe Common Thing, than types of affairs management common thing.
