Relationships between lifestyle of younger adolescents and family psychological and social factors

Abstract

Family is the most important institution in the development of personality and health of a child. Namely in family the attitude of child to the various appearances of life and to health develops. Therefore from the viewpoint of the development of health of the younger adolescent it is important to evaluate the interaction between family and health of the adolescent as thoroughly as it is possible. The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between the lifestyle of younger adolescents and the familial psychological and social factors. The objectives of the study: 1. To analyse the characteristics of lifestyle of family and to establish the interdependence of lifestyle of parents and children. 2. To explore the correlations between the formation of habits of nutrition, physical activeness and addictions of younger adolescents and the social factors of family. 3. To evaluate the significance of style of family education for the development of lifestyle and risk behaviour of children. 4. To analyse the life satisfaction of parents and children and to evaluate its significance for the risk behaviour of younger adolescents. 5. To prepare the practical recommendations for the enablement of parents to participate actively in the development of healthy lifestyle and risk behaviour prevention of adolescents
