Perancangan Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Bagian Keperawatan Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung dengan Metode Fuzzy Ahp dan Rating Scale

Abstract

Assesment design of performance Head of Nursing Hospital Advent Bandar Lampung with fuzzy AHP and rating scale. The quality of human resources is one factor of the company\u27s success in achieving its objectives both in performance, profit, and the survival of the organization so that the company needs to have potential employees in the field.Advent Hospital is a private hospital in Bandar Lampung, which currently do not have a performance appraisal, in order to enable upgrading organizational performance. This research looks at the value of the weight of each indicator to asses nursing managers Advent Hospital. Perfomance appraisal should be performed by a method properly so there is no error in judgement. In this study there are 5 criteria, 19 sub-criteria. Weight calculation using FAHP method. Furthermore, the manufacture of the performance appraisa form usng Rating Scale with the assessment results obtained is 3.6024
