Audit Laporan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (Fmea) Produk Ga Rear Motor Wiper Berdasarkan Objektif Kualitas Pada PT. Xyz

Abstract

PT XYZ using FMEA report GA Rear Wiper which is adopted from PT XYZ Jepang and they has not made the adjustment to the condition in the production floor. This cause will create the failure process that can be evaluated from the percentage of defect. For this reason, it necessary to audit the FMEA report GA Rear wiper motor which is based on 10 quality objectives consist of process improvements, high risk failure mode, process control plans, integration, lesson learned, special or key characteristics, timing, team, documentation and the time USAge. From that 10 quality objectives, there were 7 quality are not reached, they are process improvements, high risk failure mode, lessons learned, time, team, documentation and time USAge. This research deals with repairing the FMEA report based on the quality objectives which is not reached by doing the adjustment between the FMEA report and the current condition in production floor GA rear motor wiper
