Kontribusi Iklim Kerja, Motivasi Kerja , Dan Apresiasi Pendidikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMA PGRI Di Kota Denpasar

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find variables contribution values of; (1) Organization Climates, (2) Works Motivation, (3) Educational Appreciation, (4) all variables together with Teachers Work Productivity of SMA PGRI Denpasar. This study uses ex-post facto approach. Subject population is the all of the teacher SMA PGRI in Denpasar, amounting to 90 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling using tables of Krejcie and Morgan. Samples obtained 72 people. The data was collected by questionnaire with using Likert Scale Model. Analysis of data used by the simple regression analysis techniques, double correlation, and partial. The entire process of data processing performed by SPSS 15.0 software for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there have significant contribution : (1) Organizational Climate, with a contribution 26.1%. and contributing effectively (SE) 18.9%, (2) Work Motivation, with contributions 30 , 3%., and contributing effectively (SE) 13.0%, (3) Education Appreciation, with contributions 29,8%, and contributing effectively (SE) 21.5%, (4) Taken together as there are Organizational Climate, Work Motivation and Education Appreciation of Teacher Work Productivity SMA PGRI in Denpasar, with contribution 53.3%
