The study objective was to determine the contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers in Public Elementary School. The method used is descriptive analysis, associative and comparative quantitative approach, through correlational data analysis techniques using parametric statistics. 157 sample was divided into two categories of 97 certified teachers and 60 non-certified teachers. From the analysis of the data found that the compensation and motivation of teachers to teach in Primary School in both categories, while the teaching performance of teachers in public elementary school in the category of very good. Compensation contributed to the teacher\u27s teaching performance is strong enough for teacher certification and non-certified teachers. Contribution of motivation to teach teachers to teach to the performance strong enough for teacher certification and lower for non-certified teachers. Contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers is strong enough for teacher certification and non-certified teachers. And there are differences in compensation, motivation, teaching and teachers\u27 teaching performance between teacher certification and non-certification
