Metabolic Syndrome (Type 2 of Diabetes Mellitus, Stage 1 of Hypertension) with Coronary Heart Disease of Geriatry Divorced Women 64 Years Old

Abstract

Metabolic syndrome is caused due to an unfavorable lifestyle and psychosocial stress, activities of daily living mild, living alone with a complete range of psychosocial problems that are not easy to solve. Because the interaction between social communities and families with the help of the community environment is helpful not only in solving clinical problems but also psychosocial problems. Case. Mrs. S, 64 years old, geriatry widow, headache since 5 days ago. She also get faint and almost unconscious. She said that she get insomnia and it disturb her. Patients had a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus since 2002. Patient also had a history of hearth disease since 12 years ago. She seldom controlled, she only go to medical centre if she had a complaint. Conclusion. Clinical and psychosocial problems are complex and take a long time collaboration between healthcare providers and family. Where providers do not only solve problems but also create warmth clinical, and psychosocial issues surrounding the environment with the help of community life
