Mrs. S, 64 years old, geriatry widow, headache since 5 days ago. She also get faint and almost unconscious. She said that she get insomnia and it disturb her. Patients had a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus since 2002. Patient also had a history of hearth disease since 12 years ago. She seldom controlled, she only go to medical centre if she had a complaint. Conclusion. Clinical and psychosocial problems are complex and take a long time collaboration between healthcare providers and family.
