Identifikasi Bahaya, Pengendalian Resiko dan Keselamatan Kerja pada Bagian Bengkel Repair Galangan Kapal dengan Menggunakan Metode Job Safety Analysis (Jsa) di PT Janata Marina Indah, Semarang

Abstract

Occupational safety issues is generally in PT Janata Marina Indah I still need to get attention. Data injuries that never happened either be mild or quite serious and even cause death showed that the accident happened in the year 2011-2013 in the workshop repair shipyard. The first accident on the hull occupies the highest ever at 24 accidents, electrical accidents both at the 5 accidents, accidents to three on the hull cleaning , hull painting , welding - weld inspection 4 accidents,Based on the information obtained from the management company that the information related to the work accident research has not been done, while the other side shows the incidence of facts related to occupational accidents in the past. Therefore, it is interesting to do research in order to provide input to the company to be able to create a working environment that is safe and healthy in an effort to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents in the future, which in turn will improve employee productivity.The first accident on the hull occupies the highest ever at 24 accidents, electrical accidents both at the 5 accidents, accidents to three on the hull cleaning, hull painting, welding-weld inspection 4 accidents, accidents to four in the pipeline inspection 1 accidents.Constructing the correct working procedures is one of the advantages of implementing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), which includes the study and report each step of work, conduct a risk assessment in a potentially dangerous work activities identifying job hazards existing or potential and determine the best way to reduce and eliminate danger.In the course of this study the authors use the method of JSA (Job Safety Analysis). Job Safety Analysis method was chosen because the researchers wanted to identify the hazards that focuses on the interaction between the worker, the task / job, the tools and the environment. Having in mind the dangers that can not be controlled, then an attempt is made to eliminate or reduce the risk of harm to a level acceptable levels
