Abstract
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) testing plays a critical role in the diagnosis and classification of vasculitis. These antibodies are strongly associated with Wegener's granulomatosis, microscopic polyangiitis and Churg-Strauss syndrome.Includes bibliographical reference
