Strategic analysis of the company Farma Ptýrov

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is a Strategic analysis of the company EkoFarma Ptýrovec s.r.o. Current situation of the company and attractiveness of the field are evaluated according to the results of strategic analysis and then recommendations for the future development are made. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is described methodology of analyses. The practical part contains introduction of the company, analysis of the external and internal environment such as PESTLE analysis, analysis of the industry, maps of the competitive groups and Porter´s model of five competitive forces. The next steps are VRIO analysis, financial and SWOT analysis. The final part is focused on making recommendations and summarizing
