Analisis Peran Multi Aktor Dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Minapolitan Berbasis Sustainable Development (Studi Pada Pilot Project Minapolitan Desa Srowo Kecamatan Sidayu Gresik)

Abstract

Based on the minister of marine and fisheries No. 35 of 2010 established as the Minapolitan and implemented in the Srowo village, Sidayu sub-district.Implementation Minapolitan have a positive impact on the economy.However, these policies also have a negative impact on the environment, so it needs to anticipate the action by applying the concept of sustainable development through multi-actor cooperation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the policy and the role of multi-actor Minapolitan in partnership-based sustainable development in the Srowo village, Sidayu sub-district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research.The implementation of Minapolitan policy in Srowo village has so far not optimal, this is because the government is not able to communicate and provide insight to the public minapolitan policy.Also in the Srowo village also has not the technological means to realize the goal Minapolitan. In partnership Minapolitan implementation, the government has been carrying out their role and based on the principle of sustainable development.However, this condition does not occur in the private sector and the community.
