Hubungan Pengetahuan Menarche Dengan Kesiapan Remaja Putri Menghadapi Menarche Di SMP Negeri 3 Tidore Kepulauan

Abstract

: Menarche (first menstruation) is the first menstruation occurred in the uterine wall and is known as menstrual blood, first menstrual sign of biological preparedness, and marks of fertility cycle has started. Preparedness menarche shows that someone is ready to reach physical maturity is one of the coming of menarche, it is marked by a deep understanding of knowledge about the process of menstruation, so ready to accept and experience menarche as a normal process. Unknowing children about menstruation can lead children difficult to accept menarche. The purpose of this research was to know the relationship knowledge menarche with young women facing menarche readiness. This research uses the descriptive analytical method using cross sectional study (Cross Sectional Study). Sampling technique is the total sampling with a sample size of 35 people. The data analysis is done with using the chi-square test (X2), at the 95% significance level (α ≤ 0.05) showed the value of p=0.017, this value is smaller than α = 0.05. The results of the this research is there is a Relations Of Knowledgement Menarche In Woman Preparation To Face Menarche In SMP Negeri 3 Tidore Islands
