Strategi Manajemen Aset BUMDES Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Pendapatan Desa (Studi Pada BUMDES Di Desa Sekapuk Kecamatan Ujungpangkah Kabupaten Gresik)

Abstract

: The Strategy of Asset Management by BUMDES to Improve Village Revenue (A Study of BUMDES at Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah Subdistrict, Gresik District). One of method for the succeed of village development is to increase village revenue. The size of village revenue is affected by the strategy undertaken by BUMDES in managing and maximizing the assets that exist in the village . Because according to regulation no 72 of 2005 article 78 village-owned enterprises ( BUMDES ) is a business entity formed in order to increase revenue villages . This paper describe how that asset management strategies undertaken by BUMDES in improving village revenue. The asset management strategy undertaken by BUMDES Sekapuk includes enviromental scanning, strategy formulation , strategy implementation , and evaluation or control. The strategy undertaken by the Village BUMDES Sekapuk both in the production of goods and services . From the results of this study concluded that the management strategies that have been done by BUMDES proven to increase revenue Sekapuk village from 2010 until 2012
