Abstract
The aims of this study are: 1) to find out how the virtual based disaster learning model as disaster mitigation efforts; 2) to determine how the instructional design based virtual disaster as disaster mitigation efforts; 3) to find out how the performance of virtual-based disaster learning modelas disaster mitigation and adaptive process. This study titled "Virtual Based For disaster Learning model Mitigation and Adaptation Process Against Natural Disasters in SMP" This is the kind of research the development of R & D. Software development in the form of virtual learning model based disaster was carried out by engineering approach where the stages are: analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. 1) systematic steplearning model development disaster based virtual or abbreviated to MPKBV begins with a preliminary study in the form of needs analysis, the next stage of design and material development, writing program, producing an early prototype of which is validated by media experts and subject matter experts, improvements after their expert input; 2) The response of the aspects MPKBV Material / Fill with a score of 4.4 are in either category. For Virtual aspect with a score of 4.7 is in the excellent category. For the programming aspect with a score of 4.5 is in the excellent category
